Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
Superfanly helps YouTube creators read, prioritize, and reply to their comments. This policy explains what data we access, why we access it, how we use it, and the control you have over it. We collect the minimum we need to run the product — and we never sell your data.
Who we are
Superfanly (“Superfanly”, “we”, “us”) is operated by 21Coders Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company based in India. You can reach us at privacy@superfanly.com.
What data we access and collect
Google account information
When you connect your channel, we receive basic profile information from Google (your name, email address, and profile picture) to create and secure your account.
YouTube data (via the YouTube Data API)
With your permission, we use the youtube.force-ssl scope to access, on your behalf:
- Your channel details (channel ID, title, subscriber count).
- Comments and replies on your videos.
- Your own past replies, which we analyze to learn your writing voice so drafts sound like you.
- Permission to publish a reply only when you explicitly approve it — Superfanly never posts anything automatically.
Usage data
We collect basic, non-identifying diagnostic and usage information (for example, error logs and which features you use) to keep the service reliable.
How we use your data
- To rank your comment inbox so the ones that matter appear first.
- To draft replies in your voice for you to review, edit, or discard.
- To build your superfan view — commenter history, streaks, and sentiment across your videos.
- To generate your weekly ideas digest from your comments.
- To publish replies you have explicitly approved.
- To operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
AI processing of comment content
To draft replies and summarize themes, we send the text of relevant comments and your past replies to our AI provider, Anthropic (the Claude API). This content is processed to generate output for you. Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms, your inputs and outputs are not used to train their models. We do not send more comment data than is needed to produce the draft or summary you requested.
Google API Services — Limited Use disclosure
Superfanly’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Concretely, that means we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features described above; we do not transfer or sell it to third parties except as needed to run the service (see below); we do not use it for advertising; and no humans read your Google user data except where you give us permission, for security or legal reasons, or to provide support you have requested.
How we share data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations — our AI provider (Anthropic), and our hosting and database infrastructure providers.
- Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
Data retention and deletion
You are always in control of your data. You can:
- Disconnect at any time. Revoke Superfanly’s access from your Google Account permissions page. This immediately stops all data access.
- Delete your account. Email privacy@superfanly.com and we will delete your account and associated YouTube data within 30 days.
We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we remove your stored comments, drafts, and fan data, except where we are legally required to keep limited records.
Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls on stored data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these, contact us at privacy@superfanly.com.
Children
Superfanly is not directed to, and not intended for, anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you.
